Morton Avenue Dog Park – Louisville, KY

Located in Louisville’s fantastic Highlands neighborhood only two miles from downtown, Morton Avenue Dog Park is truly an urban oasis. The dog park itself is mostly mulch, which is not the most glamorous, but the park does have quite a few shade trees and bench seating. The location is ideal, just two miles from downtown and even closer to the NuLu area. Around the corner from Morton Avenue Dog Park you’ll find two of our favorite dog friendly establishments in Louisville, the Myriad Hotel and Paseo Restaurant. Adjacent to the dog park you’ll find Patterson Playground, for small humans. Please note that only street parking is available, but we’ve never had a problem finding a spot.
