King Street runs through the middle of Charleston, and from the city's early days it was the main corridor of goods in and out of town. Currently, the famous avenue is split into three themed sections known as Antiques District, Fashion District and the Design District. There are many parks and restaurants adjacent to or in close proximity to King Street so it is a great place to stroll and window shop or browse before grabbing a bite to eat. For delicious seafood, dine at the Ordinary which is just off of King Street.
