Byrd’s delicious gourmet cookies started in 1924 in Savannah when Benjamin Tillman “Pop” Byrd, Sr started baking his now famous Scotch Oatmeal cookies. Today Byrds has a fabulous selection of flavors and is one of the fastest-growing independent cookie companies in the US with partnerships with brands like Neiman Marcus and The Ritz Carlton. We love their fabulous giftable tins. You will find multiple locations around Savannah including in the City Market and another at the other end of River Street.
